Features of Solarwall SW8018 Video Wall Controller
SW8018 is video wall controller designed for medium to large size video wall projects. With its ability to support maximum 18 4K displays, it is an ideal video wall system for large digital signage, surveillance, command & control rooms and other video wall applications.
With its 14U chassis, SW8018 is able to capture 96 HD or 384 SD video inputs and output them onto a video wall with up to 18 UHD displays simultaneously. It is able to capture all sorts of digital and analog signals: DVI, HDMI, 3G/HD-SDI, Component and CVBS signals. Besides its ability of capturing 4K content, it also supports to decode and capture IP streaming signals in the very same controller. HDCP compliance allows SW8018 to capture and display content-protected HD signals.
SW8018 is flexible in output and input configuration. It can be customised for the customers and also easy to be upgraded simply by changing the input/output cards in the chassis.

The Solar Wall 2000 is our entry-level controller, offering systems with up to 144 graphics outputs and up to 128 HD or 512 SD inputs. This range supports two video overlay windows per display.
The Solar Wall 4000 family of wall controllers benefit from much higher bandwidth. The 4000 supports four overlay windows per display, simultaneously. This range is the perfect solution for applications where video inputs are more than two times the number of display outputs and all inputs need to be displayed simultaneously on the video wall.
